Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms", "Terms of Service") carefully before using the RustSign website and services operated by RustSign ("us", "we", or "our").

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Service you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms then you may not access the Service. Purchasing a certificate implies full understanding of the nature of iOS development signing.

2. Service Usage

RustSign provides signing certificates intended for development and testing purposes. By purchasing, you agree to the following:

• You will not use our certificates to sign malicious, illegal, or pirated software.
• You acknowledge that certificates are tied to a specific Unique Device Identifier (UDID) and cannot be transferred to a different device once generated.
• Any attempt to abuse the API or resell certificates without authorization will result in immediate termination of service.

3. Revocations & Warranty

Apple Inc. may occasionally revoke developer certificates. We offer a Revoke Protection Warranty for the duration specified in your plan (typically 365 days).

If your certificate is revoked, our system will detect this and you may request a replacement.

4. Refunds & Cancellations

Due to the digital nature of the product and the costs associated with registering a UDID with Apple's developer portal:

• Full Refunds: Only granted if we fail to deliver the certificate.
• No Refunds: We cannot offer refunds once a certificate has been successfully generated and delivered, or for user error (e.g., submitting the wrong UDID).

Privacy Policy

Your privacy is critically important to us. This policy outlines how we collect, use, and protect your personal information.

1. Information We Collect

We collect the minimum amount of data required to provide our services:

• UDID (Unique Device Identifier): Required to register your specific device with the Apple Developer Portal.
• Email Address: Used solely for verifying your purchase with us.
• Payment Data: All payments are processed securely via Stripe. We do not store or see your full credit card information.

2. How We Use Your Data

Your data is used exclusively for:

• Processing your order and generating cryptographic signing files (.p12 and .mobileprovision).
• Verifying your warranty status in the event of a revocation.
• Providing customer support.

3. Third-Party Sharing

We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal identification information to others. However, specific data is shared with necessary infrastructure providers:

Apple Inc: Your UDID is submitted to Apple's Developer portal to facilitate the signing process.

Stripe: Payment processing data is handled securely by Stripe in accordance with their privacy policy.

4. Data Security

We implement a variety of security measures to maintain the safety of your personal information. Certificate files are generated on secure servers and delivered via encrypted channels.
